Molyn Credit Limited (MCL) is a Microfinance Institution serving the poor currently in Kenya and in future intends to extend service to East and Central Africa.

Poverty eradication is our passion with a dream where people live free of hunger,have the basic needs eg safe drinking water, education, proper waste disposal, a world free of HIV/AIDS in the rural and urban areas. We offer credit and financial advisory services to self-help /community groups, SMEs, low cadre civil servants and employees of State Corporations .We also carry out training,M&E to utilize funds well.

Products and Services:
a)    Loans to Self Help/Community based Groups: Biashara Taratibu (Business), Jiendeleze (Individual),Usomi (School Fees),Mazao (Agricultural), Soko (Market day), and Nyumba Sasa( Low Cost housing) Loans.
b)    Asset Financing Loans:This category caters for individuals without regular monthly salaries
c)    Unsecured Personal Loans:Low-income employees on regular monthly salaries.The approval of the employer is required before the loan is disbursed.

MCL offers “small”loans of between Kshs. 5,000 and Kshs. 100,000 to people who have ideas on income generating projects or people in income generating projects whose growth is limited by lack of capital.

At MCL we have categorized our products to suit the various needs of the people whom we feel the loan will be beneficial to all aimed at poverty eradication.

We provideclients/customers with a range of innovative products towards poverty alleviation related activities such as loans for farm inputs, low cost clothes vendors, car washing, vegetable and fruit vendors, kiosk operators etc to improve the income brackets of the borrowers.
Our clients are Self- help groups/community based groups in marginalized areas of the society and small and microenterprises (We are currently offering loans to second hand retail dealers in Toi market in Kibera, Youth groups in Kibera and retail business women in Ngara market.), low cadre civil servants, low income employees of State Corporations and selected partner companies.
